Experienced striker Eric Gawu has extended his stay at Dream FC for two more years.
The former King Faisal and Hearts of Oak attacker signed a two years contract extension with the Manager Charles Akonnor’s side after a successful two and half years spell with the club.
Gawu, who spearheaded the attack that earned the team a promotion to the Premier League, will once again, be in the thick of affairs as the team seeks to return to the top flight from the second tier.
Gawu made 29 appearances with in the 2015/16 football season netting thrice in the Ghana Premier League (against Sekondi Hasaacas, Liberty Professionals and New Edubiase) and once in the MTN FA Cup (against Okwahu United).
Dreams FC’s most experienced player Eric Gawu ended up being the club’s most used player.
Gawu’s influence upfront was crucial for the club during the 2014/15 GN Bank Division One League season as he recorded 8 goals after 15 appearances.
