Coach of Sekondi Hasaacas, Yussif Basigi, has reiterated his team’s desire to secure all three points from the week 29 fixture against Techiman City in their quest to escape relegation from the Ghana Premier League (GPL).
Sekondi Hasaacas are second from bottom with 33 points and, a win for them against fellow strugglers, Techiman City will be a huge boost for their premier league survival.
In an interview with Sportscrusader.com, Coach Basigi was very hopeful of securing all three points after their great comeback against WAFA in last weekend’s fixture and he believes his players can go for the ultimate against Techiman City.
He said: “Insha Allah, we will secure the maximum three points against Techiman City.
“My players are vigorously yearning for a win and they are ready for the match which could determine the survival of both clubs.”
Basigi highlighted how good their opponents are, but insisted he will map up strategies to curtail their efforts and beat them in their own backyard.
Hasaacas’ final game of the season will be against WA All Stars, who are desperately vying for the 2015/16 GPL trophy.
