I'm Up For The Dwarfs Job Post - Narteh

Newly appointed Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs head coach, Prosper Narteh, has assured his new employers and fans of the club that he is up for the herculean task of coaching the ‘Abontoa Abontoa’ boys.

Coach Narteh, a lecturer at the University of Cape Coast was appointed as the head coach of Ebusua Dwarfs after they parted ways with coach Joseph E. Sarpong who guided them back to the Premiership at the end of last season.

They have made a poor stat to life in the top-flight of Ghana football, winning just two of the 11 matches they have played, drawing three with six defeats as they lie bottom of the log.

“I am competent to handle the Dwarfs job and I have observed a lot of Ghana Premier League matches and though the platform differs from managing a college team I am certain I can do the job,” Coach Narteh said.

“It is also about getting into the mindset of the players and psyching them up to know it is a team work and we need all hands on deck,” Narteh said in his first interview since his appointment.

Coach Narteh, 38, holds a CAF License A coaching certificate as well as a Master’s Degree in Physical Education. The new coach will lead the team for the rest of the season.
