Asante Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong, says new coach, Dzravko Lugarisic,
has added a certain spark to the team since he joined them last month.
The Serbian trainer looks to rejuvenate the Porcupine Warriors, after they had a poor campaign in last seasons’ league when they occupied the fifth position on the league log.
According to the Kotoko skipper, he believes the coach has the capacity to turn things around this time round, and further rallied unflinching support from all fans for the Kotoko gaffer.
“We’ve being observing the coach for the past few weeks and I think he is a good coach and I hope things will be better. He has introduced a new system in our play and hopefully weshall get acquainted to his tactics before the season starts,” Frimpong told sportscrusader.com
” Our supporters should pray for us and I hope with a new management in place things will be better this time round,” he ended
Meanwhile, Kotoko open their seasons account against Liberty Professional on Sunday, 12 February, 2017.
