Kumasi Asante Kotoko will line up against Ebusua Dwarfs on Sunday without the services of skipper, Amos Frimpong after he was named in the final 17-man squad to play Japan next week Wednesday.
The Porcupine Warriors who have a depleted back line due to injury to Osei Agyemang, and Evans Quao serving a suspension after receiving his third booking of the season in the ‘Super Clash’, initially considered withdrawing duo, Amos Frimpong and Ahmed Adams from the local Black Stars camp.
But in a change of events, the club asked for the release of only Ahmed Adams from the squad which will leave Ghana on Saturday to Japan to face their U-23 on May 11.
It means, Amos Frimpong will not be available for selection on Sunday. Michael Osei have other options in Samuel Sekyere and Atta Kusi for the right back role.
