Ghana Premier League (GPL) side, Ebusua Dwarfs has parted company with head coach, J.E Sarpong.
The Abontoa Abontoa boys has struggled to find their feet since returning to domestic topflight football and the hierarchy of club after an emergency meeting earlier today agreed to part company with the veteran trainer.
Sports crusader had earlier reported that heads of the club were afraid of losing their premier league status, and were locked in a crunch meeting to decide the fate of Sarpong.
The club confirmed the report this evening, announcing that the former Hearts of Oak boss has been relived off his duties.
According to club officials, Sarpong will paid a 3-month advance salary.
J.E Sarpong joined Dwarfs after Prof. Mintah left the club in a bizarre circumstances. He guided the team to qualify to the premier league as winners of Zone 2 of the Division One league with 70 points.
