On loan Pescara Ghanaian midfielder, Randsford Salasi, has tipped Sulley Muntari for instant success at his mother club. The 20 year old hard tackler played a crucial role for the Italian side to seal promotion to the top flight but has been farmed out to the second tier to continue his development.
The versatile midfielder however commended his parent club for adding Sulley Muntari to their books as they seek to sustain their serie A status at the end of the season. Salasi identified the experience gained by Muntari on Italian soil and his unexpected long drives as the main reasons to believe in him at any given time.
On loan at Novara in the second tier league, Randsford remains one of the promising players for the future and his hopes of sharing the playing pitch with Muntari is gradually gaining momentum as he returns to Pescara at the end of the season.
“The experience gained by Sulley Muntari will help Pescara a lot and I am sure he will be an instant hit once he start playing.
“He has played on Italian soil for a very long time and his time here will not be an exception.
“He has returned home and the fans of Pescara will soon fall in love with Sulley”, Randsford Salasi told Sports Crusader.
Muntari was officially unveiled by the serie A side on Monday and look set to make his official debut for the club over the weekend. His compatriot ,Randsford Salasi, dropped a tier to continue his development in the Serie B after his breakthrough season for Pescara end route to their qualification last season.
